Documents required for the purchase and sale of company shares in Nepal: To facilitate the buying and selling of company shares under the new system introduced at camis.ocr.gov.np, individuals are required to submit specific documents and personal details. These requirements ensure proper verification and record-keeping for share transactions within registered companies in Nepal.

Under the new system (camis.ocr.gov.np), the documents and details required during the purchase/sale of company shares are as follows:

1. Name of the share buyer, father’s name, and date of birth as mentioned in the National Identity Card.
2. Address as per the Citizenship Certificate and the currently updated address.
3. Photocopy of the National Identity Card or the photocopy of the application submitted to obtain the National Identity Card.
4. Photocopy of the Personal Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate.
5. Phone number or mobile number.
6. Photocopy of the original Citizenship Certificate (must be notarized) or the original Citizenship Certificate may be required.
7. Notarized photocopy of the Citizenship Certificate of one witness (for the share buyer) or the original Citizenship Certificate may be required.
8. Company’s username and password, share register, list of directors, updated company information, and if the company has invested in other companies, details of such investments.

नयाँ प्रणालि (camis.ocr.gov.np) अन्तर्गत कम्पनीको शेयर खरिद/बिक्रि गर्दा आवस्यक पर्ने कागजात तथा विवरणः

१.     शेयर खरिदकर्ताको नाम, बाबुको नाम, जन्म मिति राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्रमा उल्लेख भए अनुसार
२.    नागरीकताको ठेगाना तथा हाल परिवर्तित ठेगाना
३.    राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्रको फोटोकपि वा राष्ट्रिय परिचयपत्र लिनको लागि पेश गरेको आवेदनको फोटोकपि
४.    व्यक्तिगत स्थायी लेखा नं. प्रमाणपत्रको फोटोकपि
५.    फोन नं. वा मोवाईल नंम्वर
६.    सक्कल नागरीकतावाट खिचिएको नागरिकताको फोटोकपि नोटरी प्रमाणित हुनु पर्ने वा सक्कल नागरीकता आवश्यक पर्ने
७.    १ जना शेयर खरिदकर्ताको १ जना साक्षिको नागरीकताको प्रतिलिपि नोटरी प्रमाणित हुनु पर्ने वा सक्कल नागरीकता आवश्यक पर्ने
८.    कम्पनीको युजर नेम र पासवड, कम्पनीको शेयर लगत, संचालक लगत, कम्पनी अध्यावदिक, कम्पनीले अन्य कम्पनीमा लगानि गरेको छ भने सो को विवरण
